Payment


1: A non-refundable deposit will be taken on completion of a booking form, or 7 day’s after a provisional booking has been made of £10.00 per person for the Christmas Menu, Christmas Day Menu .
2: Upon receiving payment you will be sent written confirmation of your booking together with a receipt, please bring this receipt with you when you dine, please note only one receipt will be issued per party.
3: The balance of payment should be paid in full on the day of dining with the exception of Christmas Day bookings which should be paid in full by 01st December 2007.
 4: If you make a booking  after these balance due dates you will be required to pay the whole amount immediately. 
5: Cancellation can be made at any time in writing to the Landlord or Landlady. Please note only monies over and above your deposit will be refunded. We reserve the right to ask for full payment of the balance of the meal if cancellations are made after the balance due date.
6: Please note that Christmas Day is subject to a minimum number of bookings being made. We reserve the right to cancel your booking should the minimum number not be achieved. In such circumstances, we will refund all monies you have paid..
