Group Bookings

We welcome group bookings throughout the week and offer flexible options to suit your needs.

Groups of up to 10 can be booked easily through our online booking system. Simply select Group Booking to check availability.
Groups of 8 or more require a £10 deposit per person to confirm your reservation.
Groups of 15 or more will require a pre-order, submitted at least 5 days prior to your booking. Once your reservation is confirmed, a member of our team will send you our most up-to-date menu to share with your guests. (Please do not use sample menus from the website, as these are subject to change.)

Please note:

On Saturdays and Sundays, we are unable to accept group bookings of more than 12 guests, unless you book exclusive use of The Barn (see below).

To inquire about bookings larger than 10 guests, please call us directly and a member of the team will be happy to assist.

The Hoddington Arms - Our Upcoming Events

Private Hire – The Barn at The Hodd

The Barn is a beautiful private room located within The Hoddington Arms – the perfect setting for birthdays, anniversaries, intimate weddings, or business dinners.

Available for exclusive use, it offers privacy, character, and the same outstanding food and service we’re known for.

Seating capacity: Up to 30 guests
Minimum number for exclusive hire: 16 guests
If you’d like to view the space in advance, just let us know – we’d be happy to show you around.

Room Hire Fees (per service – lunch or dinner):

Wednesday & Thursday – £250 per service
Friday & Saturday – £500 per service
Sunday – £1,000 (exclusive use from 12 noon to 5:30pm)

Full Venue Hire

For extra-special occasions, you can book exclusive use of the entire pub:

£1,000 per service

Lunch: 12 noon – 5pm
Dinner: 5pm – close

Cakes & Decorations

You’re welcome to bring a cake to mark your celebration.

If you’d like it served in place of dessert, there’s a £2.50 per person cake service charge.
If your guests are also enjoying dessert and would like the cake with tea or coffee, there is no additional charge.

Decorations are also welcome! We can arrange for you to drop items off ahead of time, or you’re welcome to come in early to decorate yourself. Please note: we do not allow table confetti, as it can damage the tables when wet.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations made within 7 days of your event will result in your deposit being retained.
For individual guest cancellations, please inform us by 10am on the day of your booking to avoid a £10 per person charge.
For pre-ordered groups, any reduction in numbers after 11:30am (lunch) or 5:30pm (dinner) will result in the full menu price being charged.
